I am 32 years old. My vocation: registered nurse. My husband, Lorne, and I have been married for almost 9 years and we have two beautiful daughters: Zoe age 4 going on 16 and Selah age 2. In our 8+ years of marraige we have moved 8 times and three of those internationally. I have worked part time since becoming a mother with some maternity leave.
My passion in life is to live out God’s grace and love to all of those I interact with, but it is especially a challenge with those closest. This blog is to share my stories, experiences, failures, and a grateful heart in being a wife and mother. I hope to disarm those who strive for perfect parenting and inspire those who want real relationships with their children. In my humble opinion, perfect parenting is for the parent, but a willingness to admit failure is for your children and ultimately for Christ.
